This causes a breakdown of protein on the lip skin subsequently leading to excess dehydration, cuts and bleeding. To avoid this you’d need to apply a lip balm or drink water whenever you feel your lips are dehydrated or when you feel the need to lick your lips.

  • Honey -1 tablespoon
  • Castor Oil- 1/2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract-1/4 Tablespoon

 

 

Preparation 

Mix all the ingredients in a container. Apply the mixture to the lips and exfoliate the lips. Wash off after a while.

When going for a lip balm choose one that contains SPF (Sun Protection Factor) and protects your lips. Lip balms that contain beeswax, sugar, natural extracts, natural or essential oils and other natural ingredients are perfect for use.
