- Kovacic to have medical at Chelsea
- Wolves complete £18m signing of Traore from Boro
- Pogba linked with move to Barcelona
Chelsea have announced the signing of Kepa Arrizabalaga for a club-record £71.6m from Athletic Bilbao.
The 23-year-old has joined on a seven-year deal and replaces Thibaut Courtois as Chelsea’s No.1 after the Belgian joined Real Madrid earlier this evening.
Kepa told the club’s website: “So many things attracted me to the club, all the titles the club has won, the other players, the city, the English Premier League. It’s an accumulation of things, and I am very glad Chelsea has decided to trust me and to take me in as well.”
FULHAM MOVE LATE FOR BRYAN
Fulham have made a late move for Bristol City left-back Joe Bryan, according to Sky sources.
We understand the player has indicated to Aston Villa, where he was due to have a medical today, that he would prefer to play in the Premier League.
We reported on Monday that Bristol City had accepted a bid of £6m from Villa for Bryan – a standout performer in last year’s Championship.
ICYMI: CHELSEA AND REAL AGREE COURTOIS DEAL
